Wednesday nights from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. is KidsZone. During the school year here at Calvary we have a variety of activities for all the kids. First, at the 6 o’clock hour, we have children’s choir. There is a choir for preschoolers (3-K) and a separate choir for the older kids (1st-6th grade).

During the 7 o’clock hour the children go to their missions activity centers. The boys go to Royal Ambassadors (RA’s) and the girls go to Girls In Action (GA’s) while the preschoolers (3-K) go to Mission Friends. Nursery is provided.

During the three months of summer we have SummerBlast from 6:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. This is a fun, relaxed time where the boys and girls (1st – 6th grade) combine for awesome recreation activities and Bible study. The preschoolers have a blast as well when they meet for age appropriate activities. Nursery is provided.

             Girls in Action (GA's)
GA’s is a mission’s organization for girls 1st through 6th grade. They too learn about missions and missionaries and how God uses them to spread the gospel all over the world. GA activities include arts and crafts, sleepovers, fund raisers, and parties.

            Mission Friends
Mission Friends is for boys and girls ages 3 to 5 (or kindergarten). This is another mission’s organization that teaches missions to our younger kids in a fun and understandable way.

                  Children’s Choir
Children, 4-years-old through 6th grade, have fun while learning more about music and how it can be used for God’s glory through choir. The curriculum includes music, lessons in theory, games, activities, as well as Biblical principles. All choirs begin in the fall and continue throughout the school year. The choirs present two musicals a year, including one at Christmas and one in the spring. The preschool and children’s choir also have the opportunity to sing in our worship services on occasion. The children’s choir meets on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. in the choir room and the kindergarten choir meets in the preschool area at the same time.
