We want to provide you with an
environment where you can hear God's
word and learn about His purpose
for you. So....
1. Enjoy The Service.
We have
designed our Worship Services with you,
our guest, in mind. We have made a
special effort to create a no-pressure
environment, so you can experience the
difference of Calvary. We will not
single you out or call attention to
you... we're just glad you are here!
2. Dress
Comfortably.
When we
look to Scripture, we see an emphasis on
people, not their clothing (James 2:
1-9). We desire this same emphasis at
Calvary. If you prefer casual dress,
then please come casual. If you prefer
to wear a suit, then please do so. At
Calvary, it's truly "come as you are!"
There is no expectation in regard to
dress.
3. Dedicated Nursery Staff for
your infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
Your
children are important to us at Calvary.
Our nursery and preschool classes
provide a warm, nurturing, and
well-supervised program for your
children. (Birth - 4 yrs.)
4. Calvary's Kids.
Children's
worship service for age 5 years to 4th
grade. Your children will be dismissed
to Calvary's Kids during the worship
service. You can pick up your child
after worship service, in the Media Room. (Education Building).
5. Please Do Not Feel Obligated To
Participate In The Offering.
We reserve
the offering time for our regular
attenders and church members. We do not
ask you to support the ministry of our
church until you are willing to partner
in our mission to reach the west bank.
6.
Restrooms
are
located in the front foyer and the rear
hallway of the sanctuary.
7.
Before you leave
allow us
to give you a gift. We want to thank
you for worshiping with us, make you
aware of how you can get involved at
Calvary, and see if we can follow up
with you in any way. Just make your way
to the foyer after the service has ended
and one of our greeters will meet you
and give you a gift.
8. How To
Become A Member.
Discovering Membership (C.L.A.S.S. 101)
is a required class for people, 7th
grade through adults, who want to become
a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Please check the announcements for the
date and time of the next class.
Childcare is provided.
